MACS’ team brings together more than 70 years of industry experience in Life Sciences and Healthcare Data Management, particularly in the development of in-vitro diagnostics (IVD) medical instrumentation.
The products developed by members of the team during their past work experience are currently distributed across the Europe, US and Asia-Pacific.
MACS works through a young, dynamic and highly qualified team. We are also proud that each employee has a strong technical background and experience, with a focus on life sciences and biomedical engineering.

Since 1994 he has been involved in the design and development of software dedicated to the IVD automatic instrumentation. From 2001 he has been in charge as director of the design and development department in Adaltis and from 2012 in Dasit Group.
Graduated in Bioengineering, in 2017 Marco obtained a PhD in Bioengineering and Biorobotics at the Italian Institute of Technology (Genoa) and Nikon Researcher for Confocal Microscopy. He is the author of over 20 publications in international peer-reviewed journals and 2 patent applications.
Healthcare professional with over 20 years of experience in the healthcare, biomedical and in vitro diagnostics (IVD) sectors. He has a long experience, domestically and internationally, in some of the most important Italian companies of the IVD, covering different positions in marketing & sales and in the Export.
Extensive background in business management both from an organisational and economic perspective. In her 20 years of experience she has worked in small and large companies, thus being able to acquire in-depth knowledge of business processes. She coordinates administrative, accounting and financial services, and is responsible for management control on the company’s economic transactions.
